 Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@nmawatchguy.com or chat with us directly on our website. 

If your return is accepted, you can return the order with a shipping company to your likings, all shipping prices will be the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Cancellation policy

For cancellations before an order is shipped, a 50 USD cancellation fee applies. This is to cover the non-refundable costs associated with each order that is placed, such as transaction fees and time spent building each order.

Exchange, damage, and warranty policy

We allow exchanges in the event that a watch arrives damaged.

​

For cosmetic damage, this applies as long as the damage is reported to us within 3 days of receipt, and the watch is in new, unwrapped and unworn condition. Please inspect your watch upon receiving your order and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We reserve the right to reject cosmetic damage claims that are not reported within 3 days of delivery.

For damage and/or issues with the watch movement, we provide warranty support for each watch we sell for 1-year from the purchase date of the watch. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from the misuse of the movement, including but not limited to damage caused by dropping the watch, banging the watch, improper use of the movement, or damage to the watch resulting from coming into contact with water or any other liquid. This 1-year warranty does not apply to cosmetic issues.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
